At least, the answer can be given already: no, we don’t expect more performances. But one should never give up hope – yes, like every year there will be a few performances coming up. At least two projects in Germany are in progress about which I will give further information when the status is going to be official. Several orchestras are starting to announce their new season programme during this weeks. Of course we will have a look to Norrköping, when Christian Lindberg will perform the 13th Symphony in autumn (date will be published here soon).
For the moment there is only one performance which can be announced: Malmö Symphony Orchestra is remembering its own care for Petterssons music – it’s of course the 7th Symphony we will hear again. Norwegian Ingar Bergby will conduct it on 27th of November, the full season programme *here* (pdf).

Symphony number 13 will be performed in the Norrköping concerto hall on Saturday September 20 1500 hours preceded by music from Mozart.

Unfortunately I cannot attend the performance this year, but I am very much looking forward to next year with special plans… – Anyway I will stay in contact to friends and collect the reviews here. Hope you will enjoy the concert!
